
Refund Policy

All contributions and offerings made to Sri Sri Hanumandiksha Peetham Trust are considered sacred and are utilized for divine services. We encourage you to review our refund guidelines.
Non-Refundable Donations
As a rule, all donations, hundi offerings, and seva bookings made to the Peetham are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successful, it is immediately allocated to the Trust’s spiritual or social welfare activities.
Technical Discrepancies
In the event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate billing or a failed transaction where the amount was deducted), the Trust will facilitate a refund after proper verification.
Reporting an Error
Any discrepancies must be reported to the Peetham administration within 7 days of the transaction date. Please provide the transaction ID and proof of payment for swift resolution.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) used during the transaction.
